Founded by Charalampos Loutsetis, a Civil Engineer (Meng) with advanced certifications from ACI (Illinois), SVTI-ASIT (Zurich), and over a decade of international practice, EvalCon NDT combines standards-based methodology, mobility, and hands-on expertise.
